- Sorry Martin, but Timo has exceptionally good technics and tactics. Without this you can not exist in the Top10 for years now. But you are right: Timo Boll seems to have less problems with the new rubbers. Her said himself that he had now a better feel for the ball. Lets wait for the future if he can keep the performance and beat some chinese top players more often like he did in the past.

Comment by martinspin on October 4, 2008 at 9:44pm - hi rené - the reason why timo played better against a chinese player is not the better technics or tactics. since the speed glue ban timo has a bit more time for his backhand loops. earlier he often was too later to play a safe and powerfull bh loop - cheers, martin ;)
